Yes. Standard plan is ₹0/month. You pay 5% on product price only when you sell. Payment gateway, Delhivery integration, returns panel, billing, social auto-reply, analytics, and the Counter POS app are included.

Do I need my own website to sell on Indi Andaz?

No. You get a shareable shop link (indiandaz.com/your_shop) and can connect your own domain. List products from your phone and share the link on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Who pays for Delhivery shipping?

The buyer pays Delhivery at checkout. You book shipment and print labels from your seller panel. The freight amount is passed through on settlement — it is not part of the 5% platform fee.

Indi Andaz Counter is a free POS app for in-store billing — barcode scanning, GST invoices, stock, and optional sync with your online catalog. It is included on Standard at no extra monthly fee.

Yes. Connect your Instagram Business account and Facebook Page, set keyword rules (e.g. price, link), and Indi Andaz automatically sends product or shop links in comments and DMs.

How do seller payouts work?

Accepted Answer

Buyers pay online (UPI/cards) or COD. After delivery and your return window, your ledger shows product total minus 5% platform fee and Delhivery. Request bank payout from the Billing panel when funds are available.
