No. Under the current implementation there is no Indi Andaz 5% online platform fee on Counter store sales. Money is collected at the shop. It does not go through the online shipment payout flow.
No. You can open the standard Indi Andaz online store without hiring someone to build that website from scratch. Sign up with a 6-digit OTP, add products, pick a template and publish.
You do not pay a separate Indi Andaz hosting fee for the standard store. If you later want yourwebsite.com, you pay your domain registrar. Indi Andaz maps DNS and does not sell the domain.
Connect Instagram Business linked to a Facebook Page. Set a keyword such as “price”. When the keyword matches, Indi Andaz can send a private product or website. The customer buys on your store — not inside the comment.
No. A matching comment or message can send a private link. The customer still opens the product, checks out, and then the order enters the seller system. A comment is not an order.
You still pack. Then open Partner or Seller Portal and tap Ship — that sends the order for courier pickup. Delhivery is already connected. You do not open a separate courier website, type the address again, or send tracking in WhatsApp.
Delhivery shipping is calculated separately from the 5% platform fee. You choose whether the customer pays shipping at checkout or you mark free delivery on a product. Courier COD handling is a courier rule, not the Indi Andaz 5%.
No. Counter App has no separate Standard monthly fee. It uses the same seller login as Seller Portal and Partner.
