Delhivery — included, buyer pays freight
Delhivery is built into checkout and fulfilment. Use the calculator to estimate freight for any pincode pair — live Delhivery API when available, or our standard slab estimate.
Who pays shipping?
The buyer. Delhivery cost is shown at checkout and added to the order total. It is not part of the 5% platform fee.
How is the rate calculated?
Delhivery API uses your pickup pincode, buyer pincode, and chargeable weight (max of actual weight or L×W×H ÷ 5000).
COD orders
COD handling fee: 2% of order value, min ₹20, max ₹75 — added on top of freight when buyer chooses COD.

From Orders → Ship via Delhivery → AWB generated → print label → buyer gets tracking link.

Chargeable weight = max(actual, L×W×H÷5000). ₹106 is shipping only — add product price for the full checkout total. The 5% platform fee is deducted from you at settlement, not added to the buyer bill.
Payouts
How you get paid
Billing management is included: ledger and transaction history show every order — product total, 5% platform fee, and Delhivery deduction. Request a bank transfer from the Billing panel when funds are available.
Buyer pays
Product price + Delhivery (+ COD fee if applicable). Prepaid via UPI/cards; COD collected on delivery.
You fulfil
Pack and book Delhivery from your panel. Order moves through shipped → delivered.
We deduct fees
5% of product price + Delhivery amount (what buyer paid for shipping). Shown line-by-line in Ledger.
Payout to bank
After delivery, return window (returns are seller-controlled), and (for COD) remittance buffer — request transfer to your bank account.
