Do I need a developer to create my store?+
No. Add your brand and products, pick a template, and publish your online store. You do not need to hire a developer to start selling.
Can I connect my own domain?+
Yes. You start at indiandaz.com/sellers/storename. When you connect a domain, it becomes yourwebsite.com.
Do my online store and offline store use the same inventory?+
Counter has its own shop stock. You can copy products from your online catalogue. Automatic same-stock sync is not on.
Can customers pay by UPI, card or COD?+
Yes. Online checkout supports UPI, cards, and pay-on-delivery (COD) where you enable it. At your offline store, customers can pay by cash, UPI, or card, including split payments.
Can I sell through Instagram and Facebook?+
Yes. When someone comments “price?” on Instagram or Facebook, you can send the product or website automatically.
How does delivery work?+
Online orders can ship with Delhivery. Delivery is charged separately from the 5% fee. You choose whether the customer pays shipping at checkout or you offer free delivery.
What does Indi Andaz charge?+
Standard is ₹0/month. You pay 5% of the product price when you sell online. Delivery is separate. Selling offline with Counter App is included — no extra monthly fee. See /cost-benefit for the visual list of what is included free.
What is included free on Standard?+
Branded online store, Seller Portal, Partner App, Counter POS, and Instagram/Facebook keyword replies when Meta is connected. There is no Standard monthly subscription. You pay 5% of product value on an online sale. See /cost-benefit.
Can I manage my store from my phone?+
Yes. Use the Seller Portal on a computer, Partner App on your phone to sell online, and Counter App to sell offline at the shop.
