Free website — you pay only when you sell
Your shop website, catalog, checkout, and seller tools are ₹0/month on Standard. Enter a product price below to see our 5% fee when you make a sale, plus an estimated delivery charge. You decide whether your customer pays for delivery or you offer free delivery on a product.
Who pays for delivery?
You decide. By default your customer pays at checkout. Or tick “Free delivery” on a product — then you cover the courier charge.
How is the delivery cost worked out?
It depends on your pickup pincode, your customer's pincode, and how big or heavy the parcel is. Use the calculator to get an estimate.
Pay on delivery (COD)
You turn COD on or off for each product. If your customer pays on delivery, a small handling charge applies on top of delivery (Delhivery's rule — not our 5% fee).

Is Indi Andaz free to start selling?+
Yes. Standard plan is ₹0/month. You pay 5% on product price only when you sell. Online payments, courier delivery, returns, billing, social auto-reply, sales reports, and the Counter app are all included.
Do I need my own website to sell on Indi Andaz?+
No. You get a shareable shop link (indiandaz.com/your_shop) and can connect your own domain. List products from your phone and share the link on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Who pays for delivery?+
You decide. By default your customer pays at checkout. Or tick “Free delivery” on a product — then you cover the courier charge. You book pickup and print labels from your seller panel.
Can I control pay-on-delivery (COD)?+
Yes. You turn pay-on-delivery on or off for each product in your catalog. Your customer can only choose COD on products where you have allowed it.
What is the Indi Andaz Counter app?+
Indi Andaz Counter is a free app for billing at your shop counter — scan products, print GST invoices, manage stock, and optionally sync with your online catalog. Included on Standard at no extra monthly fee.
Does Indi Andaz support Instagram and Facebook auto-reply?+

How do I get my money?+
