What this is

Standard is the public seller plan on seller.indiandaz.com. You open a shop, list products and publish a store without paying rent to the platform. The platform fee is 5% of product price on an online sale. Shipping charged by Delhivery is not part of that 5%. Sales from your offline store through Indi Andaz Counter are not described as online sales in this fee.

What you pay, in numbers

Example: a customer pays ₹1,000 for a product online. The 5% platform fee is ₹50 on that product price. If Delhivery charges shipping, that shipping amount is calculated on its own. If the buyer chose pay-on-delivery, Delhivery also applies its own COD handling rule — 2% of product price, minimum ₹20 — which is a courier rule, not the Indi Andaz 5%.

How money shows up later

Payouts are weekly by default. You add a bank account (name, account number, IFSC) or a UPI ID in Seller Portal settings. PayU verifies the payout destination before it is saved. The ledger at /ledger is the money-in / money-out statement. Settlements and clawbacks sit under payouts.

Do I pay extra every month to sell offline with Counter App?+

When do I get paid?+

The default payout cycle is weekly, after the order has moved through the ledger rules (including return window where those rules apply). You need a verified bank account or UPI ID.
