Yes. Every seller gets a branded online store. You can connect your own domain when you are ready. In settings you add the domain, put the DNS records at your registrar, then verify.

No. Every seller gets a branded storefront URL first.

DNS is usually late or typed wrong. Fix the records, wait, verify again. Or disconnect and keep the default URL.

No. The branded store is your shop. The marketplace is www.indiandaz.com, where buyers browse. Active products from an approved seller can appear there on the same catalogue — you do not type the products twice.

Counter has its own shop stock. You can copy products from your online catalogue. Automatic same-stock sync is not on.

Online orders can ship with Delhivery. Delivery charges are calculated separately from our 5% platform fee. You choose whether the customer pays shipping at checkout or you offer free delivery on a product.

Yes. Online checkout supports UPI, cards, and pay-on-delivery (COD) where you enable it. At your offline store, customers can pay by cash, UPI, or card, including split payments.

Yes. Free delivery is a per-product switch. The buyer then pays ₹0 shipping on that item.

Buyers on www.indiandaz.com see Active products from an approved seller account. New accounts stay pending until KYC is reviewed. There is no second product list to rebuild for the marketplace.
