Is it free to start?

Yes. Standard is ₹0/month. Online store, Seller Portal, Partner App and Counter are included with no separate Standard monthly fee. You pay 5% of product value on an online sale. Delivery is separate. See /cost-benefit.

Do I need GST?

GSTIN is optional at signup. You upload Aadhaar, PAN, and a trade licence (or equivalent). GST can be added in settings for invoices.

How does stock work?

Add a product in Seller Portal or Partner. Import it into Counter to bill at the shop. Online orders and Counter sales each update their own stock count.

When do I get paid?

Online payouts are requested from Payouts after a shipment is settled and the return window has passed. Minimum is ₹100. Counter cash stays in your till.

Can I sell without my own domain?

Yes. You start at indiandaz.com/sellers/storename. When you connect a domain, it becomes yourwebsite.com.

Do I need a developer?

No. Sign up with a 6-digit OTP, add products, pick a template, and publish.
