Get started

Open a seller account. Add products once. Sell online and sell offline.

You do not build a second stock book for the website. Sign up on seller.indiandaz.com, add the catalogue, publish the online store, then sell offline on Counter App and take online orders on the same stock.

What this is

How Indi Andaz is meant to be used: one seller account, one catalogue, shared inventory. The Seller Portal is the browser back office. Partner App is for selling online on Android. Counter App is for selling offline at your shop. All three sign in to the same seller.

Also called: Seller onboarding · Start selling · Four steps

Who it is for

Retailers who already have a shop, or are opening one, and want the online store, marketplace, Instagram links and offline store to share products.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create the seller account

Open seller.indiandaz.com. Sign in with a 6-digit OTP on your mobile. No password. Referral code is optional. After signup you can set a 4-digit PIN for the next visit.

  2. 2

    Add brand and products

Set a public username and store name (they show on the storefront). Add photos, price, stock, variants (colour / size / fabric) and SKU. Mark a product Active when it should sell. Turn COD on per product if you accept pay-on-delivery. Turn free delivery on per product if the buyer should pay ₹0 shipping.

  3. 3

    Publish the online store

Pick a store template (heritage, boutique, bazaar, atelier, storyteller). Checkout can take UPI, cards and COD. Connect your own domain later from settings — add DNS records, then verify.

  4. 4

    Sell online and sell offline

Share the store link. Ship online orders with Delhivery (AWB, label, pickup). At the shop, sell offline on Indi Andaz Counter. A connected product sold in the offline store updates the same stock the online store uses.

Where you work after signup

Desktop: Seller Portal — Home, Orders, Shipments, Returns, Products, Inventory, Coupons, Ledger, Payouts, Analytics, Store design, Settings. Phone for the online store: Partner App (Orders, Ledger, Products, and the rest in the menu). Phone or tablet for the offline store: Counter App.

What you do not do

You do not maintain a website stock file and a shop notebook as two sources of truth for the same product. You do not open a second seller login for the offline store.

No coding or technical skill required to start

Signup is a 6-digit OTP. You add products, pick a template and publish. Hosting is included on Standard. Payment methods (UPI, cards, COD) sit in checkout — you do not install a payment gateway yourself.

In plain words

  • Signup is OTP. There is no password to remember.
  • New seller accounts start as pending until the team reviews KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, and GST certificate if you are GST-registered).
  • Default dispatch expectation in the seller terms is 2 business days unless a different rule is written.
  • One catalogue feeds the branded store, marketplace listings, social product links and Counter.

Questions sellers ask

Do I need a developer?+

No. Add brand and products, pick a template, publish. A developer is not required to start.

Can I start before I have my own domain?+

Yes. You get an Indi Andaz shop link first. Point it at yourwebsite.com when you are ready.

When can I appear on the marketplace?+

Buyers on www.indiandaz.com see Active products from an approved seller account. New accounts stay pending until KYC is reviewed. There is no second product list to rebuild for the marketplace.
