POS with ecommerce for Indian shops. Billing and the online store together.

Indi Andaz Counter is physical-store POS and shop billing on a phone or tablet: GST invoices, barcode, cash, UPI, card, udhar, split. It is the same seller login as the online store — POS ecommerce integration, not a second company.

What this is

Indi Andaz Counter is the physical-store POS and retail-management app for Indi Andaz sellers. It is for walk-in sales at a real shop: GST invoices, barcode billing, payments, dues, suppliers and shop returns. Catalogue and inventory are the same as the Seller Portal and the online store.

Also called: POS with ecommerce · Shop billing and online store software · GST billing POS · Barcode billing software · Indi Andaz Counter

Who it is for

Kirana, garments, boutique and other shops that still sell face-to-face and also take phone orders.

How it works

  1. 1

Sign in with the seller account

Same OTP / PIN seller account as the Seller Portal. There is no separate offline-store login.

  2. 2

Sell to the customer at the shop

Add items (search or barcode — camera or keyboard wedge). Take Cash, UPI, Card, Udhar, or Split.

  3. 3

    Give a GST invoice

Confirm the GST invoice. Print PDF or resend on WhatsApp.

  4. 4

    Stock moves with the sale

A connected product sold in the offline store updates shared inventory used by the online store.

What you can do at the offline store

This is selling at the shop, not a second catalogue.

  • Sell offline
  • GST invoices (draft, then confirm)
  • Barcode scan
  • Cash / UPI / Card / Udhar / Split
  • Receipts — print PDF, WhatsApp resend
  • Store customers and dues collection
  • Suppliers
  • Shop returns
  • Tax & HSN
  • Shared inventory with the online store

Counter vs Partner vs Seller Portal

Seller Portal is the full browser back office. Partner App is for selling online on Android — orders, shipments, products, ledger. Counter App is for selling offline at the shop. Do not install Partner App expecting the offline store.

In plain words

  • Payment modes at the offline store: Cash, UPI, Card, Udhar (credit), Split.
  • Shop return refunds: cash, UPI, or store credit.
  • GST invoices and barcode billing are part of Counter, not a second billing product.
  • Included on Standard with no extra monthly fee.

Questions sellers ask

Is Counter a different product I pay for every month?+

On Standard there is no extra monthly fee for Counter App.

Is this POS software with an online store, or only shop billing?+

Both sit on one seller account. Counter is the physical-store POS. The same catalogue sells on your branded online store. A connected SKU billed at the counter updates the stock the online store uses.

Does an offline sale change online store stock?+

Yes, for a connected product on the shared catalogue.
