Buyer refunds after an approved return go out through PayU. Seller payout destination (bank + IFSC or UPI ID) is verified with PayU before save.

Shop desk
Counter takes cash and digital money in front of you. Udhar is shop credit you later collect (cash, UPI or card). Split is a payment mode on the counter, not an online EMI product.
COD cost you should know
Delhivery’s pay-on-delivery handling fee is quoted live from their invoice (not a fixed Indi Andaz percentage). Indi Andaz still takes 5% of product price on the online sale, and shipping is calculated separately.
