Seller payment options on Indi Andaz split by channel. Online store: UPI, cards, and COD when the product has COD on. Offline store on Counter App: Cash, UPI, Card, Udhar, Split. Buyer refunds after an approved return go out through Razorpay. Seller payout destination (bank + IFSC or UPI ID) is verified with PayU before save.

Counter takes cash and digital money in front of you. Udhar is shop credit you later collect (cash, UPI or card). Split is a payment mode on the counter, not an online EMI product.
Delhivery charges a pay-on-delivery handling fee of 2% of product price, minimum ₹20. That sits on the courier side. Indi Andaz still takes 5% of product price on the online sale, and shipping is calculated separately.
