Ecommerce order and shipping management — Delhivery from the order.
The Seller Portal shows the online order, then you ship with Delhivery: waybill, label, pickup, manifest. Delivery charges are not stuffed into the 5% platform fee. You decide if the buyer pays shipping or that product is free delivery.
What this is
Online order operations for Indi Andaz sellers: the order list, Delhivery shipment creation, AWB / waybill tracking, printing the Delhivery label, scheduling pickup, and manifesting ready AWBs. Pickup addresses are stored separately from the shop address. Partner App exposes the same Orders and Shipments work on Android.

Who it is for
Sellers who pack parcels and need a waybill, not a WhatsApp “send to this address” notebook.
How it works

Customer checks out
UPI, card, or COD if that product allows COD. Shipping is either paid at checkout or ₹0 when you marked free delivery on the product.

You see the order
Seller Portal → Orders (or Partner → Orders). Dashboard also flags confirmed orders still missing a forward AWB.

Create the Delhivery shipment
Assign Delhivery, print the label, book pickup from the pickup address you saved in settings, manifest the AWB.

Track the waybill
Status stays on the shipment. If the parcel comes back or the buyer returns it, returns and reverse AWB are a different page.
COD and shipping money
If the buyer pays on delivery, Delhivery’s COD handling fee is 2% of product price, minimum ₹20. That is the courier’s rule. It is not the Indi Andaz 5% platform fee.
In plain words
- Courier in the seller UI: Delhivery.
- Delivery cost is separate from the 5% product-price fee.
- Default dispatch SLA in seller terms: 2 business days.
- Pickup address ≠ storefront address — set pickup where the courier should come.
Questions sellers ask
Can I offer free delivery on only some products?+
Yes. Free delivery is a per-product switch. The buyer then pays ₹0 shipping on that item.
Is shipping part of the 5%?+
No. Platform fee is on product price. Delhivery is calculated separately.
