The Seller Portal shows the online order, then you ship with Delhivery: waybill, label, pickup, manifest. Delivery charges are not stuffed into the 5% platform fee. You decide if the buyer pays shipping or that product is free delivery.
Online order operations for Indi Andaz sellers: the order list, Delhivery shipment creation, AWB / waybill tracking, printing the Delhivery label, scheduling pickup, and manifesting ready AWBs. If the buyer pays on delivery, Delhivery’s COD handling fee is 2% of product price, minimum ₹20. That is the courier’s rule. It is not the Indi Andaz 5% platform fee.
Yes. Free delivery is a per-product switch. The buyer then pays ₹0 shipping on that item.
