Manage SKU quantities for your online store in Seller Portal. Counter App keeps shop stock for walk-in bills. You can copy products from the catalogue into Counter. Automatic same-stock sync between the website and the till is not on.
Indi Andaz online inventory is SKU-level stock on the seller catalogue. You edit quantity in the Seller Portal inventory screen (or by SKU on import). Counter has its own shop stock for POS billing. Shops that sell online and also bill walk-ins, and need a clear place for website stock versus shop stock.
Add the item in Products. Variants get their own SKUs when you use colour, size or fabric.
Update stock per SKU on Inventory. Low-stock alerts can fire at 5, 10, 20 or 50 units — you pick the threshold.

Counter uses shop stock. Copy catalogue items into Counter when you want them at the till. A shop bill does not automatically reduce website quantity.
The online store says 8 pieces. The shop sold 3 in the afternoon. Treat website stock and Counter shop stock as two books unless you copy items across. Do not assume a till bill has already reduced the website quantity.
A product billed in Indi Andaz Counter updates Counter shop stock. It does not automatically change online-store quantity.

Yes. Website stock lives in Seller Portal. Shop bills live on Counter. Marketplace listings and Instagram product links use the online catalogue when the product is Active.
Yes. Bulk import can update rows that already exist when the SKU matches.
