Online store, shop counter billing, Instagram/Facebook, marketplace and one catalogue. Partner App is for selling online from the phone. Counter App is shop counter billing. Seller Portal is the computer back office. Counter shop stock and online Product stock stay separate unless you copy items into Counter.
Indi Andaz is a connected-commerce platform for Indian retailers, combining an online store, physical-store POS, social selling and marketplace distribution in one seller system.
What the product actually is
You add a product once for the online catalogue. It can sell on your online store, on www.indiandaz.com, and through an Instagram or Facebook comment reply. Bill it on Counter after you copy it into shop stock. Standard is ₹0/month. Online sales take 5% of the product price. Delivery is separate.
Sell on social
When someone comments on Instagram or Facebook, send a product or website. Same products as your store.
Sell offline
Counter App is shop counter billing (POS): GST invoices, barcode, Cash / UPI / Card / Udhar / Split, dues, suppliers, shop returns. Use it for the physical shop — it does not automatically share stock with your online store.
Manage your business
Seller Portal on the computer. Partner App on Android for the online store. Money in and out, weekly payouts, returns, reports — all the same seller.

No. It is software to run a shop online and in the store: online store, marketplace, Instagram/Facebook selling, online orders, and shop counter billing. Shop websites use templates, not an unrestricted drag-and-drop builder.
Is Indi Andaz only an offline store?+
No. Counter App is for selling offline. The same seller also gets an online store, shipping, Instagram/Facebook replies, and money in and out.
