Seller Portal guides
After you log in, this is the work.
How-to guides for the signed-in Seller Portal: Home, products, orders, inventory, coupons, payouts, analytics, store design and Instagram. Live stock and rupees stay behind login. These pages only explain the screens.
Catalogue
Products · Product editor · Bulk import · Product analytics
Add products once. They sell on the store, marketplace, social links and Counter.
After login, Products is where the catalogue lives. You do not rebuild a second list for Instagram or for the shop counter. Mark a product Active when it should sell.
Read guideCategories · Tax & HSN
Categories and HSN: how the catalogue is organised after login.
Home asks for at least one category before the shop feels ready. Tax & HSN is the library of GST codes you reuse on products — not a separate accounting product.
Read guideInventory · Coupons
One stock book after login — and coupons that checkout already understands.
Inventory is not a second spreadsheet. It is the same catalogue quantity the online store, marketplace listings, social product links and Counter use. Coupons sit next to it in the sidebar because they change what the buyer pays on that stock.

Orders
Orders · Order detail · Shipments
Orders in the portal, shipping on Delhivery.
When a customer checks out on your store, the order is already recorded. You do not re-type it from WhatsApp. Confirm, pack, then assign Delhivery from the order or from Shipments.
Read guideReturns · Shipping disputes
You review online returns. Shipping disputes are NDR, not shop refunds.
Returns is a decision queue, not an automatic refund pipe. Shipping disputes are for Delhivery NDR (not delivered) cases. Walk-in shop returns belong in Counter App.

Money & POS
Payouts · Ledger · Analytics
Read the ledger, get paid weekly, then open your own analytics.
Payouts, Ledger and Analytics are three signed-in screens. Marketing pages explain the rules. Your rupees and charts stay behind login.
Read guideStore POS · Store customers
Walk-in billing and shop customers — same seller, same stock.
Store POS and store customers live in the signed-in sidebar under payouts and growth. They are for the physical shop. Online orders stay under Orders. Counter App is the Android POS you use at the till.

Storefront
Store design · Store & settings
Pick a template. Point your domain. Hosting is already included.
Store design and Store & settings are how the public shop looks and which hostname it uses. You still add products in Products. You do not hire a developer to start.
Read guideInstagram
Connect Meta. Keyword in, product link out. Sale on your store.
The Instagram item appears in the sidebar when the feature is enabled. It is Meta keyword auto-reply, not a second catalogue and not a WhatsApp bot.
