Catalogue

Add products once. They sell on the store, marketplace, social links and Counter.

After login, Products is where the catalogue lives. You do not rebuild a second list for Instagram or for the shop counter. Mark a product Active when it should sell.

After login you use

These are private Seller Portal screens. They are not in the public sitemap. This article only explains what they do.

  • Products
  • Product editor
  • Bulk import
  • Product analytics

How to do it

  1. Step 1

    Create or open a product

From Products, add a new listing or edit an existing one. Upload photos and write alt text before you publish.

  2. Step 2

Set price, stock and selling switches

Turn COD on only if you accept pay-on-delivery for that item. Turn free delivery on only if the buyer should pay ₹0 shipping on that item.

  3. Step 3

Add variants or import a sheet

For many SKUs, use bulk import. Matching SKU updates the row instead of creating a duplicate.

The product form, in order

The editor is a stepped form, not a blank CMS page.

  • Basics: name, photos (alt text required for SEO), category
  • Pricing: selling price and stock
  • Selling setup: Active, COD available, free delivery (per product)
  • Returns: how this SKU handles online returns
  • Advanced: variants, SKU, HSN
  • Preview: see the listing before you save

Variants and SKU

Colour, size and fabric are first-class variant fields. Each variant can have its own images, inventory and SKU. If you skip a SKU, the portal can compose one from name, colour and size. Bulk import can update an existing row when the SKU matches.

Per-product analytics

After a product exists, open its analytics screen for that listing’s views and sales. Store-wide charts stay under Analytics. Neither screen is public.

What this is not

  • Not a second Instagram catalogue. Social links use this same product.
  • Not a supplier dropshipping feed.
  • Not an unrestricted website builder page.

FAQ

Do marketplace listings need a different product list?
No. After KYC approval, Active products from this catalogue can appear on www.indiandaz.com. You do not rebuild them.
Where does Counter get the item?
From this catalogue. A connected SKU sold at the shop updates the same quantity the online store uses.
