Orders
Orders in the portal, shipping on Delhivery.
When a customer checks out on your store, the order is already recorded. You do not re-type it from WhatsApp. Confirm, pack, then assign Delhivery from the order or from Shipments.

These are private Seller Portal screens. They are not in the public sitemap. This article only explains what they do.

How to do it
Step 1
Open Orders when Home flags new work
Confirm promptly. Delayed packing raises cancellation risk — Guidance repeats this for a reason.
Step 2
Assign Delhivery when the order is ready
Prepaid orders need payment confirmed before carrier assignment. COD can assign when you are ready to pack.
Step 3
Print the label and hand over pickup
Use Shipments for labels and manifest. Default dispatch expectation in seller terms is 2 business days unless a different rule is written.
Order statuses you will see
Filter the list. Unseen new orders also badge the sidebar.
- Pending, confirmed, processing
- Shipped, out for delivery, delivered
- Cancelled, returned, refunded
Order detail
Open an order for buyer name and mobile, variant (colour / size / fabric), SKU, and the money breakdown — product price, 5% platform fee, delivery, GST on fee and TCS when they apply. COD orders show Delhivery’s COD handling separately from the Indi Andaz 5%.
Shipments
The courier in the seller UI is Delhivery only: AWB, shipping label, pickup and manifest. Print the label from Shipments. Tracking stays on the shipment row. Shipping cost is outside the 5% product-price fee. Free delivery is a per-product switch, not a courier discount.
What this is not
- Not a multi-courier aggregator. Delhivery is the courier in the seller UI.
- Not WhatsApp order-taking. The customer already placed the order on the store.
FAQ
- Can I use a different courier from this screen?
- The published seller shipping integration is Delhivery (AWB, label, pickup, manifest). This page does not invent other couriers.
- Does the 5% include shipping?
- No. Commission is on product price. Delhivery charges are calculated separately.
