Social commerce
Instagram and Facebook are powerful places for customers to discover products. But discovery, product information, checkout, payment, fulfilment and inventory still need to work together.
Social product discovery connects to ecommerce when a customer can move from a Reel, post or message to a product or store link, then to checkout, payment, an order record, shipping and shared stock.
This is the connected path sellers are trying to create. Not every comment becomes an order, and not every step is automatic — the system still needs a store, checkout and stock behind the link. That path also cuts WhatsApp and Instagram drop-off: the buyer finishes checkout instead of waiting while you process a chat.

Demand can start on social either way. The difference is whether selling stays in separate tools or continues into one shop system.

Indi Andaz supports keyword-based automation on eligible connected Meta surfaces. After you connect an Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page, you can set a keyword such as “price” or “link”. When that word appears, the configured reply can send a product link, your online-store link, or another URL you chose.
This is a link into your shop — not a second catalogue inside the comment thread, and not a promise that every social message is handled without you.
A keyword on an eligible post or Reel comment can send the link you configured.
The same kind of keyword rule can reply in Instagram DMs with a product or store URL.
Eligible Facebook Page comments can use the same keyword-to-link setup.
Messenger can send the configured product link, store link, or another URL you set.
You do not need to code an Instagram shop. Connect Instagram Business and a Facebook Page, publish your Indi Andaz store, and send a product or store link when someone comments a keyword you configured.
That is how boutique, fashion and handcraft sellers move from “price?” to checkout — UPI, cards or COD — then into orders and shared stock.
